01Does afaktury.pl generate JPK files?

Yes. afaktury.pl generates JPK_VAT and JPK_FA files in XML format directly from invoices saved in the program. You only need to select the period for which the file should be prepared. The system automatically validates the data before submission and points out possible errors. In addition, afaktury.pl offers full two-way integration with KSeF: invoices can be sent and received directly from the program without logging in separately to the Ministry of Finance portal.

02Does afaktury.pl have an offline/emergency mode when KSeF is unavailable?

Yes. afaktury.pl meets the requirements for legally issuing invoices in accordance with KSeF regulations, including situations where the system has limited availability. The built-in KSeF Autopilot mechanism ensures that if KSeF is temporarily unavailable when an invoice is sent, the invoice is not lost: it is placed in a queue and automatically sent again as soon as the system starts responding.

03What data and file formats can be imported into afaktury.pl?

You can import a customer database and a database of products and services together with their parameters, such as price, unit and VAT rate, from an Excel file prepared according to the ready-made structure available for download in the system. You can also import the history of previously issued invoices in Excel or CSV format. Document history can additionally be imported directly from eBay and PrestaShop, and WordPress users can use a dedicated plugin integrating with PrestaShop. If you have questions about importing from a specific system, our support team can help adapt the file to the required structure.

04How long does importing data into afaktury.pl take?

The import time depends on the size of the file and ranges from about 1 minute to a maximum of 60 minutes.

05Can afaktury.pl export data to formats used by popular accounting systems?

Yes. afaktury.pl allows data to be exported in XML and CSV formats and also provides API access, so the program can be integrated with external accounting systems or your own tools.

06What is the technical support response time?

Very fast. The helpline usually answers calls immediately. If a consultant is currently speaking with another customer, we call back as soon as that conversation ends, so the waiting time is usually only a few minutes.
